Local Take edits and posts short videos for real estate agents. Here's what we collect, why, who sees it, and when we delete it.

What we collect
Names and email addresses of brokers and agents, so you can sign in and get emails from us.
Video clips agents upload, and the finished videos we make from them.
Basic records of what happens in the app, like sign-ins and approvals, so we can keep it secure and fix problems.
Results agents share with us, like views and messages on posted videos, so we can report what's working.
Who sees it
Each agent sees their own videos and results. The broker sees their team's dashboard, videos, and results. Our team sees videos so a person can check every one before it goes out.
We post a finished video to an agent's accounts only after the agent approves it.
Who helps us run it
Render hosts the app and stores videos. Resend sends our emails. They handle data only to run the service for us.
When we delete it
Raw clips are deleted 14 days after the video is finished. Finished videos are deleted after 120 days. A brokerage can ask us to change both, and if you ask us to delete an account or a video, we will.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't use your videos to advertise Local Take without asking first.
Who owns the videos
The agent and the brokerage both own the finished videos.
