Five bricks, in this order
1
Hook
Something specific and local in the first three seconds. A street, a number, a place people know.
2
The Local
One real fact about this town, with a source behind it. This says: I know this place.
3
The Take
What the agent would do, or what most people get wrong. This says: I know what I'm doing.
4
The Proof
Optional. A client story, with their OK, or a look at the process.
5
The Invite
One easy next step with a keyword, like "Message me STREET and I'll send you what sold near you." Every reply is a lead we can count.
Six formats that rotate
Each agent gets three prompts a week, each in a different format, and never the same three as last week. Over a month, every agent covers all six.
Market minute
One local number and what it means. Proves: I watch this market.
Street walk
What a street or neighborhood is really like. Proves: I know these streets.
What I'd do
The agent's honest plan for a common situation. Proves: I give straight advice.
Myth or mistake
A mistake people make here, and what to do instead. Proves: I know what others get wrong.
Client story
A real situation and how the agent helped, with the client's OK. Proves: people trust me with big decisions.
Local spot
A favorite place, and what living near it is like. Proves: I'm part of this town.
We count messages, not likes
Every video ends with one keyword: STREET, NUMBERS, LIST, PLAN, MOVE, or TOUR. Each reply with that keyword is a lead we can count. We log views, messages, and real conversations for every posted video, so brokers see what their agents' videos actually bring in.
Over time, that tells us which hooks and formats bring messages in towns like yours. That's knowledge no trend tool can sell.
The weekly rhythm
Monday morning, each agent gets three takes by email. They film one whenever it suits them and upload it. We edit it, a person checks it, and the agent signs off. Then we post it to their accounts. Thursday brings a friendly nudge to anyone who hasn't filmed yet, and on the 1st the broker gets a monthly report.
Built-in guardrails
Your brokerage name is on every video. Every number has a source. Videos describe homes and places, never who should live there. Client stories only run with the client's OK.
